Order Returns, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a workmanship defect. You must return the item with thirty (30) days of your purchase.
Please email email@example.com to request a return or refund and a tracking number will be given for the transaction.
Ship your returned item along with a signed letter in the package stating the reason for the return along with a copy of your original sales receipt to:
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund.
All damaged items are subject to a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. Original order shipping and handling fees charged will not be refunded.
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange it for a different product. In that case, the restocking fee will be waived, but you will still be required to pay return shipping on the item.
MilandDil reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if an item pricing or shipping calculations are shown incorrectly as a result of human or technological errors, or by third-party tampering or hacking. In the rare event such a pricing discrepancy does appear on your order(s), you will be contacted by Customer Service to review the correct price before you are charged and the merchandise is shipped.
